Chinese New Year 2009

Hepi Niu Year! Hepi Hepi. I bet a lot of you would have uploaded your gather pictures into facebook, blogs, friendster, wallpaper, etc. Happy Season and Happy Holiday..
A very busy new year compare to previous years, the only thing regretted was unable to meet up with many friends due to short time stayed at home. But one thing i'm proud is, i woke up every early morning to help my mum with kitchen stuff. Not bad huh!
We prepared all the candies, snacks on the table on the eve itself. You can see this pot of small mandarin oranges, they are so sweet. Imported from Taiwan. The second day itself, already finsihed :)

Something not to missed, every year, eventhough economic isn't doing well, all chinese family would do house cleaning and decorate the house with red lantern, ang-paos, pineapple's decoration ( Hokkien pronounciation = 'Ong' = Luck).

This is what happen when we didn't repaint the wall.. is kinda old, dirty. It has been sometimes since i am back home to help with painting. Maybe i should make it a resolution this year to do this painting.

This was taken the evening before came back to KL. Nice evening, look so appealing.

My cute doggie, named Bingo! He is funny, the eldest out of 5 siblings. We only kept him in the house, the rest given away to relatives and friends. He looks after the house and he can recognises us. If anyone of us reaches home and no one opens the door, he would bark to notify my mum! I love Bingo..

My mum loves gardening, spends all her evening with her plants. This year, i caught the moments of the lovely flowers which i never did..

I specifically loves the white sunflower...

Wishing everyone a healthy, happy and smooth year ahead!
